POSITION: Human Resource Administrative Support - Summer Student
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager Labour and Employee Relations
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: North Bay
REFERENCE:RATE OF PAY: $18.10 per hour

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:- Preparing and editing documents (Word and Excel)
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing Electronic Files
- Grievance Administration (Logging and Tracking)
- Analyzing data and assistance with research
- Assist with administrative support
- Support other Human Resources projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:- Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program with a focus on Business Administration or Human Resources
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong understanding of SharePoint
- Strong professionalism with the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be committed to Health and Safety
