We offer a state-of-the-art iGaming platform turnkey solutions and standalone products that allow operators to enter or expand into emerging markets quickly and easily.

WA Platform is a fully scalable and customizable solution featuring over 75 game providers 15.000 games and multi-currency support with 80 payment methods. WA Technology enables operators to build their own Casino Sportsbook Lottery and Fantasy business precisely how they envision it. We have offices around the world supporting our clients with on-the-ground presence and regional expertise.

Where and how we work

We currently have teams based in Malta Lisbon (Portugal) Sofia (Bulgaria) London (UK) and Bucharest (Romania). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.

Long story short you will

As a BI Product Owner you will shape and evolve our Business Intelligence tools and data products helping teams across the company access trusted high-quality insights. Your work will directly support better decision-making operational efficiency and business performance.

Working closely with the Head of Product data teams and key stakeholders youll define and deliver analytics solutions from dashboards to reporting platforms that are aligned with business goals and real user needs. All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Define own and evolve the roadmap for BI and data products across business domains aligned with company priorities

• Partner with data engineering product and commercial teams to prioritise needs and deliver high-quality data solutions

• Manage the BI product backlog translating business needs into clear prioritised user stories

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders gathering requirements and aligning on data roadmaps and delivery

• Drive the development and improvement of dashboards reports and self-service analytics tools

• Ensure data products are well-documented reusable and accessible across teams and regions

• Establish feedback loops to improve adoption usability and business value

• Promote a data-driven culture through reliable timely and actionable insights

• Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve BI capabilities and stay up to date with analytics best practices
  

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner BI Analyst or in a similar role with a strong focus on BI analytics or data products.

• Experience working in data-driven environments ideally within iGaming fintech or another complex regulated industry.

• Strong understanding of BI concepts including dashboards reporting KPIs data models and self-service analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering Analytics BI Developers and Software Engineers.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear data and product requirements.

• Excellent analytical mindset and business acumen with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Strong collaboration skills able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with BI tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker or similar) is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English language both written and spoken and effective communication skills
