We are looking for a people-focused Team Leader to support our APAC Global EMM (Energy Mining & Marine) team. This isnt a role where you just manage spreadsheets; its about supporting the people who move the worlds energy workforce. If you enjoy solving problems in real-time and helping a team grow we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Youll recruit train and coach a small diverse team across the APAC region. You are there to provide on-the-floor supporthelping your team hit their goals while making sure they feel confident and supported.
• You are the main point of contact for our clients. When things get tricky you are the one who steps in takes ownership and finds a way to make it right before it becomes a major issue.
• When we roll out new tools or systems youll help the team understandwhythey matter and show them how to use them to make their daily work smoother.
• Youll keep an eye on our performance (SLA/KPIs) not just for the numbers but to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our clients.

What Were Looking For

• You have a solid grasp of mid/back-office travel operations (especially in the Singapore market).
• You enjoy coaching others and take pride in seeing your team succeed.
• When a system goes down or a process breaks you dont panic you dive in to find a solution.
• You are organized enough to handle deadlines while remaining approachable when a team member needs a hand.
