Job Summary

As a Front Office Concierge Leader we rely on you to:
- Provide a personalized guest service
Create a memorable experience for the guests
Engage with guests and enhance the service based on their feedback
Assist with any issues or problems
Proactively reach out to guest on collection of storage items
Drive guest experience and encourage guests on dropping guest surveys
Drive digital maps utilisation and champion environmental initiatives within the Concierge team
Assist in clearing reception queues build up through rendering assistance and initiating engagement with guests
Manage concierge storage spaces and proactively clear long term storage in compliance with procedures
Review monthly transport invoices for billing
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Enjoys interacting with people
Has strong interpersonal skills
Enjoys problem solving with a can-do attitude
Has no fear of challenges
Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
