Position Overview

We are looking to welcome yet another brilliant Principal Data Analyst into our Marketing Analytics team.

As a Principal Data Analyst youwill drive data strategy for top game titles using insights to shape product direction and monetization. You will analyze player behavior design experiments and build predictive models to optimize engagement and performance. Working cross-functionally youll mentor analysts communicate insights to senior leaders and help improve data tools and pipelines. This role strengthens data-driven decision-making across teams and advances a culture of experimentation.

What Youll Do

• Act as a thought partner to marketing leaders identifying opportunities for growth efficiency and innovation.
• Mentor junior analysts and help shape the analytics teams culture and processes. Work with the Marketing and user Acquisition teams to provide insights into user behavior and answer key business questions.
• Visualize and communicate the results of your data analysis to senior stakeholders making data driven recommendations that support key decisions.
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: predictive modeling statistics experimental design optimization data visualization
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs with experience in campaign optimization Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling and incrementality analysis
• Strong business acumen and domain knowledge in user acquisition product marketing and privacy frameworks like ATT
• Strong experience in SQL and Python; Adept in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau
• Strong communication skills you can explain complex data in simple actionable terms
• A team player you establish effective relationships to work with others for the win
