Join CDDs PALS University Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP) as a Seasonal Support Professional supporting individuals as they participate in paid and volunteer work experiences throughout the summer.
This is a temporary seasonal role designed specifically to support summer programming and does not extend beyond the program term.

What Youll Do
- Provide on-the-job coaching instruction and skill modeling
- Support individuals in community employment and volunteer placements
- Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping procedures
- Implement individualized employment goals and activities
- Complete required documentation and progress notes
- Communicate updates and observations to the Employment Specialist
- Assist individuals with workplace routines and expectations
- Attend required trainings meetings and orientation sessions

- Ability to work independently and adapt in community settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Person-centered empathetic approach to support
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to complete required training prior to program start
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and universal precautions
Schedule & Employment Details
- Part-time seasonal position during the Summer Work Program
- Hours vary by location and assignment
- Orientation and training required prior to program start
- Non-exempt temporary role
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: One year of related experience
