Are you a technical accounting expert with the leadership skills to drive highimpact Group consolidation processes within a major insurance group Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join their Group Finance team - a strategic analytical powerhouse who can own the Groups reporting outputs endtoend. Youll step into a role with significant influence at Group level partnering with senior leadership and shaping the organisations financial narrative. This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong finance leader ready for the next step in a toptier financial services group.

Duties & Responsibilities

What Youll Lead & Deliver
Full Group Consolidation process for a complex multientity insurance group
Preparation of Group Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Delivery of highquality Group Management Accounts
Technical accounting analysis interpretation and implementation
Oversight and development of a small highperforming team

What You Bring
Proven track record in Group consolidation
Strong experience in preparing Group AFS & Group Management Accounts
Advanced technical IFRS accounting capability
The ability to lead coach and uplift a skilled finance team
Preferable:
Insurance industry experience
Exposure to highly regulated fastpaced financial environments and reporting processes

Skills & Experience:
Strong technical knowledge in group reporting and consolidation
Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly advantageous
Skilled in preparing reports and working with multiple stakeholders across finance actuarial and audit teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume consolidations efficiently
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation
