Job title: Internal Sales Exec
Location: Ely Cambridgeshire
Hours: 39 hours per week Monday Friday
Salary: 30000 - 35000 basic per annum plus 25% monthly bonus potential
This is an office based sales role where you will work with a filed based area sales manager to maximise sales opportunities.
What will you be doing in the internal sales role
- Pipeline management from quote through to sale.
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up outbound calls emails and internet queries.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate ASM for further development and closure.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and weekly touchpoints including daily phone time and sales closed.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system.

- Proven inside sales experience within a fast-paced environment working towards and overachieving on KPIs.
- Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines.
- Strong listening and presentation skills and resilience.
- Ability to multi-task prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Energetic positive can-do attitude and team-focused.
- Customer-focused and commercially minded.
- Strong communication skills
