- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and local accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen partnerships and encourage repeat business.
- Host site visits and hotel show rounds for prospective accounts.
- Actively support brand awareness initiatives within the Glasgow market.
- Represent Motel One at industry networking events trade shows and local business events.
- Attend relevant corporate and hospitality networking events.
- Monitor local market activity and competitor performance.
- Track and report sales activity and room night production.
- Ensure CRM and account data are kept up to date
Qualifications :

- Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
- Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills

- Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
