Job Summary

The role designed for you:

As a Bespoke Customer ServiceIntern you will report to the Sales Bespoke Manager and you willsupportinproviding personalized service to our clients ensuring their specific needs are met with precision. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales and production teams in delivering customized paper solutions to our customers whilemaintaininghigh levelsof customer satisfaction.

The R&D Internship is designed to give you hands-on experience and fast-track your professional growth.

During The Internship:

  • You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phoneemailor other communication channels.

  • You will understand customers specific needs and requirements offering tailored advice on product selections.

  • You willassistin the preparation of quotations proposals and orders tailored to bespoke customer specifications.

  • You will process and track orders through the entire production cycle ensuringtimelyandaccuratedelivery.

  • You will cooperatewith production andlogisticsteams to ensure that custom orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

  • You willmaintainaccuraterecords of customer interactionsordersand feedback in the CRM system.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of the companys product lines includingvarious typesof paper finishes and custom options; also you will stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer knowledgeable support to customers.

  • You will work closely with sales production andlogisticsteams to ensurea seamlesscustomer experience.

The attitudes and skillswerelooking for:

  • You have a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business communications or a related field is a plus.

  • You are a real team player able to interact and communicate effectively with different stakeholders

  • You have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • You are eager to work in a fast-paced international environment witha strongattention to detail.

  • You have a good knowledge of Excel while familiarity with CRM systems will be considered a plus.

  • You have acustomer-firstmindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • You have Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • You are fluent in Italian and English
