Required availability: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm or Monday- Friday 10:00am-7:00pm

Your Impact

Youll welcome train and mentor new Behavior Interventionistshelping them feel confident supported and ready to deliver high-quality ABA services.

What Youll Do

Lead live remote ABA training cohorts
Mentor new hires through onboarding
Create an engaging positive first experience
Provide real-time feedback and coaching
Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness
Track training completion and engagement
Share performance feedback with leadership
Help improve and evolve our training programs

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in psychology ABA or related field
1 year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA)
Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills
Passion for teaching mentoring and supporting others
Organized reliable and self-motivated
Able to lift up to 30lbs
Meets background TB and employment requirements

Nice to Have

Mentorship or training experience
Group facilitation or presentation skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Scheduling or practice management software experience
