Pay:$22.00 - 25.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: 3133 W Frye Rd Chandler AZ 85226 Suite 525 (On-site)
Schedule: Part-time
Play a part in the future of adolescent & young adult mental health care at our Support Office in Chandler! As our Office Manager youll be the backbone of our support team providing crucial administrative and office management support while making a real difference in young lives.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and trouble shoot problems as they occur
- Welcome visitors and help them navigate through the office
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including all kitchen equipment and copy machines
- Perform various administrative/secretarial work for department leaders
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Develop and maintain inventory of snack and beverage supplies and restock daily
- Maintain relationship and communicate with building management on various items such as repairs badge orders etc.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication and enjoy connecting with employees visitors and building staff
- Strong phone etiquette and confident in speaking with cross-functional staff leadership and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong proficiency in Outlook Excel and Word)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
