Product Management Analyst

What does a successful Product Management Analyst doA successful Product Management Analyst at Fiserv assists in the development and management of products. This role offers practical experience in product lifecycle management market analysis and working with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success
• Assist in product development and management activities.
• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.
• Comfortable working with crossfunctional teams including Engineering UX Sales and Customer Success
• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.
• Support creation and refinement of product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in roadmap planning backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies

What you will need to have:

• Recent graduate of a bachelors degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration Finance Economics Statistics Business Analytics or Management
• 3.0 GPA
• 0-2 years of professional work experience

What would be great to have:

• Previous internship experience.
• Majors such as Business Management Information Systems Data Analytics or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira Aha! Azure DevOps or Trello
• Ability to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Important info about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to F-1 (OPT CPT STEM) H-1B H-2 or TN or any candidate requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role.
• This is a full-time direct-hire position and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Salary Range:

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
