Position SummaryThe Director of Student Services provides leadership supervision and oversight of all student support services within the Southern Berkshire Regional School District. This role ensures full compliance with district policies; the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and all applicable federal and state regulations governing Special Education Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act English Learner Education (ELL) Early Childhood and student health Director of Student Services is a collaborative relationship-centered leader who understands that trust is foundational to effective districtwide work. As a key member of the District Leadership Team the Director builds and sustains strong and respectful partnerships with administrators educators staff families and community agencies to support equitable access inclusion and student success. This role requires a leader who communicates clearly listens deeply and engages colleagues with transparency and professionalism. The ability to foster trust alignment and shared purpose across the Leadership Team is essential to supporting the success and well-being of all students in the Southern Berkshire Regional School District.
