Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager -Application Development Lead
As a Senior Project Manager you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11years of experience with Information technology.
- This position is based in Memphis TN. The role may require travel to project/Clients location.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale complex SAP Application Development work and Projects following SAP best practices and Activate methodology.
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of core SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO SD MM PP PM PS etc.). Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a significant plus.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively present to senior management and C-level executives.
- Excellent problem-solving negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP ITIL or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the clients business and IT leadership.
- Lead manage and motivate a distributed team of SAP functional and technical consultants both onsite and offshore.
- Oversee all aspects of the Application Development activities change management and service request fulfillment.
- Ensure all services are delivered within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Develop and maintain program governance including regular status meetings steering committee presentations and performance reporting.
- Manage the program budget scope and resource allocation effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong positive relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify and address client needs challenges and opportunities.
- Present program performance value and strategic recommendations to the client on a regular basis.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage the programs backlog and roadmap prioritizing enhancements and new initiatives in alignment with client business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with clients IT policies change management procedures and security protocols.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to team members and client personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the client to define and refine the long-term SAP roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and new service offerings (e.g. RPA S/4HANA migration cloud integration).
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives or technologies that can provide value to the client.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new SAP technologies provide strategic guidance to the client.
