What You Will Bring
Minimum 2-4 years of solid financial modeling experience (product pricing and profitability program or business unit profitability building financial and business cases).
Experience with languages such as PL/SQL SAS VBA or Python required.
Experience with financial/managerial reporting and forecasting and product and segment profitability analysis in a consumer lending
Experience using Oracle OFSAA a plus.
Auto finance industry experience preferred.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science Business MIS or equivalent related work experience.
MBA a plus.
Proficient financial skills and understanding of accounting and ability to establish links between operational and financial data.
Working knowledge of financial reporting planning systems and processes to extract analyze and draw insight from data and present findings.
Hands-on experience with data extraction manipulation and presentation.
Intermediate to advanced querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
Ability to extract analyze and draw insight from data in enterprise databases.
General accounting knowledge and understanding of business accounting and financial planning processes and associated technologies.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment across multiple functions and several dynamic projects.
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including OEMs.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality including organization skills.
Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity creativity and good judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

What to Expect
The Acquisition Profitability & Analytics Associate is responsible for supporting the acquisition team with profitability analysis for product pricing and policy decisions. This role will be responsible for supporting monthly reporting data analytics and ad hoc analysis.
What You Will Do
1. Maintain reports to track consumer acquisitions profit performance to plan highlighting trends and impacts of recent product pricing and policy actions on profit performance. This includes validation of data for daily/monthly ROA results and working with relevant parties to ensure correct assumptions/changes are accurately reflected in ROA calculations.
2. Maintain settlement rate reports prepare and validate data and perform issue to issue analysis.
3. Perform monthly OEM Subvention and RV Enhancement billing validating data highlighting MoM trends and presenting results to Management including variance explanation and responding to OEM inquiries.
4. Work with key departments in analyzing new pricing proposals check key assumptions/impacts on proposed rates and losses and perform breakeven analysis.
5. Update business plan models and key assumptions as needed.
6. Provide ad-hoc acquisition ROA analysis and maintain regular internal tracking reports using SQL/SAS.
