Position Overview
The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial construction or insurance-related litigation and thrive in a fast-paced legal setting.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims

Manage cases involving personal injury construction defects premises liability coverage disputes and bad faith claims

Take and defend depositions

Draft and argue motions

Represent clients at hearings in both state and federal courts

Conduct legal research and prepare detailed written analyses

Provide pre-litigation case evaluations and strategic client recommendations
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Active Colorado Bar license (required)

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

Experience in construction commercial or insurance defense litigation preferred

Strong legal research writing and analytical skills

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
