Job Summary

Mack Sales & Service is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our digital records and ensuring that our databases are updated with the highest level of precision.

Key Responsibilities

Input and process alphanumeric data from various source documents into our internal management systems.
Review and verify the accuracy of existing records making necessary corrections to resolve discrepancies.
Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure efficient data retrieval for the team.
Collaborate with department heads in a remote environment to coordinate data priorities and deadlines.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure all information remains current and compliant with company standards.
Adhere to strict security protocols to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive company data.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Entry Associate Clerk or in a similar administrative capacity.

Exceptional typing speed with a verified focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Workspace and general database management.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to remain productive in a remote capacity.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or technical certification is a plus
