Sea Rocket Water Adventures is excited to announce openings for Booth Attendant positions for the Summer 2026 season in beautiful Ocean City. This full-time or part-time on-site position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the leisure and travel industry while providing exceptional service to our guests.
As a Booth Attendant you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests managing ticket sales and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our water adventure attractions. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to our mission of delivering unforgettable experiences. We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 to $20 depending on experience as well as commission.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the booth with a friendly attitude
- Manage ticket sales and provide information about our water adventures
- Ensure booth cleanliness and organization
- Assist in maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
- Promote special events and packages to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and water sports is preferred
