The Website Owner & Martech Manager is accountable for all aspects of our defining managing and driving improvement and renewal in the marketing tech-stack. You will be integral in the establishment of setting defining and improvement in processes across the team to ensure that we maximise the return and efficiency from our technology investments. A key element of the role will be to project manage new initiatives and projects as required. You will work closely with (and deputise for) the Marketing Performance Manager and work closely with the BI team to ensure dashboards and performance is regularly reported and shared across the Marketing & commercial stakeholder community.
This position will be based in Portugal with a mix of home office and office-based environment.
The Martech Manager will work closely with the entire global marketing team to deliver marketing leading performance for our customers. You will also work with and across function departments including Sales Product Management and Customer Care and Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategy development change management and implementation of marketing technologies and tools to improve the business and customer journey.
Leading and participating in a wide variety of technology projects spanning the entire marketing technology stack and data and being the key player of Marketing Technology Governance
Have a common understanding of technologies that support Demand Generation Customer Segmentation and Experience Content Marketing Brand and Reputation Marketing and more widely across Marketing Operations.
Research and recommend new marketing technology products and regular optimization of digital technologies
Operate marketing technology products as an administrator Train and support the marketing team on best practice use of marketing technology products. Constantly monitor data quality within marketing technology products and identify with other members of the community process improvement opportunities.
Work closely with legal compliance and IT to ensure MarTech systems introduced do not compromise HBK or Spectris safety ethics and data standards Identify and manage removal from the business outdated or unused marketing technology products
Acts a project manager for Martech systems upgrades deployments systems integration / connectivity of MarTech tools within overall the HBK software architecture landscape
Identify and deploy process improvements across the realm of marketing working closely will all colleague to ensure processes are agile constantly looking for optimisation and opportunities to deploy LEAN methodology and ultimately ensuring processes are fit for purpose.
Build strong relationships with regional Sales as well as other cross function departments like Product Management Customer Care and Finance aligning with overall goals of HBK

Professional Qualifications / Experience
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of Marketing is preferred
Previous experience of working with technical B2B company or a production manufacturing or technical environment would be helpful
Key Competencies
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI; SAP SalesForce and SQL experience a plus.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills required with a finely tuned commercial judgment problem solving and decision-making skills.
Deep organisational skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Excellent presentation skills combined with an aptitude for business development
