Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a background in Computer Science Computer Science Engineering or a related field. This role will support US-based customers so excellent English communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is technically curious customer-focused and eager to grow in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to US customers via phone email and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues related to software systems or applications
- Clearly document customer issues resolutions and follow-ups
- Communicate technical concepts in a clear professional and customer-friendly manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Follow support processes SLAs and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal technical and customer success teams
- Continuously learn new tools systems and technologies used by the company
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical support IT support help desk or similar role
- Educational background in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology or related discipline
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Very strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS basic level)
- Networking fundamentals (preferred not mandatory)
- Software applications and troubleshooting concepts
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
- Ability to work on-site from the Colombia office (El Poblado area)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting international or US-based customers
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk Jira Freshdesk etc.)
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge
- Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS products

Excellent analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills. Preferred Experience supporting large healthcare systems or multi-facility environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to secure access practices. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
