Job Summary:
The Bi-Lingual HR Admin/Receptionist with an annual salary of $50000 will provide clerical/administrative support to ensure daily quality customer service assistance. Responds to routine customer requests or inquiries.
Front Office Admin/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Welcome and assist visitors announcing them to appropriate personnel.
- Provide routine information to callers and visitors.
- Processing FAP applications and uploading sensitive documentation
- Confirm appointments communicate with clients and maintain client records.
- Keep the office kitchen and common areas neat and professional.
- Accept sign for and deliver packages.
- Assist government entities financial institutions
- Creating and maintain purchasing logs supplies and budgets.
- Maintain the temperature log refill/restock office supplies and water dispensers.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records by ensuring correct naming conventions
- Ensuring compliance with filing and I-9 verifications Background/Credit checks routine audits and PHI
- Assisting with recruiting onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinating interviews and scheduling meetings.
- Preparing HR documents (e.g. employment contracts offer letters new hire guides).
- Handling employee inquiries and providing support.
- Assist the HR and department leaders with special projects.
- Leading internal external engagement and expanding community outreach engagement
- Planning events creating calendars and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish.
- MS Office Experience/Knowledge.
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas Health Insurance License.
Office Environment:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to use general office equipment.
