Job Summary

Job Title: Data Systems Analyst (Informatica ETL Tableau/Power BI Snowflake - 14 yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid- Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Understand business objectives identify problems and propose effective technical and functional solutions
Perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative approaches
Analyze user requirements workflows and system procedures to improve and automate existing processes
Collaborate with stakeholders and organizational units to gather detailed input/output requirements
Document detailed functional and technical specifications including data flows and reporting needs
Evaluate system capabilities constraints and limitations to determine solution feasibility
Design develop and maintain data pipelines using Informatica IICS and other ETL tools
Translate business requirements into scalable data integration workflows and reporting solutions
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI
Work closely with program staff to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business needs
Perform testing and validation of ETL pipelines dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and performance
Support deployment publishing and promotion of dashboards and analytics reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions
Work with large-scale datasets across platforms such as Snowflake Oracle SQL Server and MySQL
Ensure data quality consistency and performance optimization across all reporting solutions
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience with ETL processes and data management using Informatica
Strong experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Hands-on experience designing and developing data pipelines and reporting solutions
Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience working with large-scale datasets in Snowflake (strongly preferred) Oracle SQL Server MySQL or similar databases
Experience in data analysis and data modeling
Experience with Informatica ETL tools (IICS preferred)
Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development
Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development
