Key Objectives
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via email and chat platforms.
- Resolve inquiries related to environmental services product information and order status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist customers by providing detailed information about Southland Organics services and products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders billing and service requests.
- Document all interactions accurately using CRM and support tools.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email and chat customer support preferably within environmental services or related industries.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of environmental services and sustainability concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based communication tools.
