As a Sr Sales Ops Specialist here at Honeywell you will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy.   • Lead and drive transformative initiatives to optimize sales operations and elevate the overall sales strategy
  • Oversee advanced initiatives to enhance processes drive efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement cuttingedge practices and ensure the sales team operates at the pinnacle of excellence


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • SFDC operating knowledge is must to have
  • Sales incentive management is required
  • Proven experience in sales operations roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
  • Additional certifications in sales or sales excellence is a plus
