QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 7-10 years of experience
- SFDC operating knowledge is must to have
- Sales incentive management is required
- Proven experience in sales operations roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
