Job Summary

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to assist various stakeholders by collating and effectively interpreting large sets of data based on business requirements.
The individual will play an essential role in the success of these projects from the prospect of our insurance domain.
Major responsibilities include providing expert support in terms of extracting data using comprehensive SQL queries and different excel files.
Simplifying and preparing datasets on SQL servers based on what is extracted.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and proactively communicate with the clients in an independent manner.
Expanding ones horizons in terms of data exploration accurate reporting and assisting other team members with the same.
Converting raw datasets into structured and simplified formats that are usable and actionable by the business.
Contributing to the organizational values by actively engaging in the larger learning and development process.
Driving concise systematic and effective communication with peers clients and other stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience

Recognized with masters degree in applied mathematics statistics economics commerce or a related field.
Must hold 1-2 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain.

Skills

Competent in handling and resolving SQL queries.
Proficient with MS Office particularly proficient with MS excel functionalities such as VLOOKUP running pivots etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional analytical skills with good logic building skills to draw sound and logical insights.
Professional writing networking and communication style with the ability to formulate emails presentations and documents.
Favorable multi-tasking skills to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
