As Integration Fulfillment Manager you will lead the team that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coach mentor and develop team members who coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a clients customer management or order management system.
This role is onsite in our Lehi Utah office Monday through Friday.
What you will be doing:
- Mentor and coach a team of integration specialists tasked with fulfilling and managing integrations across multiple verticals.
- Set measure and continually evaluate metrics for individual and team success.
- Drive strategic direction for the team.
- Manage responsibilities to ensure the team is effectively fulfilling customer integrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Podium including product engineering partnerships support customer success and sales.
- Develop improvements to best practices systems and ways of working across the team.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives that have impacts on integrations.
- Manage prioritization and escalation of issues.
- Help build a diverse team while promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What you should have:
- BA or BS degree preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or other STEM backgrounds.
- 1- 3 years as an integration consultant solution engineer software developer or other relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead mentor and develop teams that deliver measurable results.
- Autonomous drive ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Awesome analytical and critical thinking skills with a history of driving impact within an organization and solving complex problems.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to encourage others.
- Demonstrated track record of dedicated customer problem-solving.
- Flexibility to deal with client and internal challenges as they arise and the ability to develop and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.
- International experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working with APIs and comfortable reading API documentation
- Relentless drive to find solutions to customer problems
