Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Youll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • For each assigned patient the nurse prepares an individualized nursing assessment using professional judgement to seek pertinent data utilizing interviews and observation techniques.
  • Performs assessment on pediatric and geriatric patients taking into consideration the physiological and anatomical differences specific to each age group.
  • Assumes responsibility for guiding other clinical nurses through comprehensive assessment process.
  • Identifies specific patient problems determines their common interrelationships and establishes priorities for plan of care.
  • Observes identifies and collects data to identify nursing care needs of the patients.
  • Plans for direct care and collaboration with other clinical nurses in care planning process.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN License
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS within 30 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS within 30 Days
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support - ACLS within 30 Days


Preferred

  • Wound Care Certified
