What youll be doing

CIBCs Technology Infrastructure & Innovation team is hiring for Data Analyst Co-Ops! This is a great opportunity to be a part of highly collaborative agile team-based environment solving problems to create meaningful change across the enterprise. The role applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to analyze data to support the design implementation and evaluation of new segmentation strategies monitor strategy performance and recommend improvements based on results of the analysis. • We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation coding French proficiency MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you all that you have to offer and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.

• You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

• Recruitment timeline: Applications review January; Interviews February/March; Offers March

• 4 and 8 month co-op opportunities available.

• Data analysis and technical capabilities Analyze data/situations fully and accurately to guide or reach productive decisions using Tableau VBA/advanced Macros Alteryx ADO (Azure) Power BI.

• Attention to detail - Use your skills to gather clarify and apply information provided accurately and your critical thinking skills help you inform your decision making.

• Process design and management - Understand monitor update and/or enhance existing business or work processes. Encourage a critical fresh look at key processes and focus on maximizing organizational performance.
