Solna Sweden with Nordic collaboration especially with teams in Denmark.
Hybrid work is possible. However the preference is to hire a candidate who lives in the Greater Stockholm area.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a NonFinancial Risk Specialist you will contribute to developing and maintaining the organisations operational risk framework. You will act as part of the first line of defence (LOD1) supporting business functions in implementing policies understanding risks and ensuring that the company operates in line with both local regulations and global standards.

Key responsibilities are to implement
and maintain frameworks for operational risk including:
Outsourced Services
Business Continuity Management
New Products & Significant Changes
Risk & Controls SelfAssessment
Incident Management
  • Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and group-level policies.
  • Lead and facilitate risk assessments to identify evaluate and mitigate nonfinancial risks.
  • Prepare and communicate risk findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strengthen risk awareness within the organisation by developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for selected nonfinancial risk domains.
This is a replacement role. You will be one of two Non-Financial Risk Specialists. Your key area would be as listed below. Experience in at least one of the following areas is highly preferred:
  • Business Continuity
  • Change Management
  • Outsourcing Management
PROFILE

We are looking for a structured curious and confident professional who enjoys complexity and thrives in an environment built on trust freedom and low micromanagement.
You bring:
  • A bachelors degree in business economics finance or similar.
  • Around 34 years of experience in risk management or an adjacent field.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies internal controls and nonfinancial risk frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DARA (Design and Risk Assessment / Data Analysis & Risk Assessment) or similar risk evaluation tools is a significant advantage.
  • Experience from financial services leasing banking insurance or consulting is advantageous.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with different audiences and stakeholders.
LANGUAGES

English is the company language and you will use it daily when interacting with colleagues across different countries. Swedish is not needed to perform the role but since the position sits in the Swedish organisation an understanding of Swedish culture workplace norms and the ability to speak the language will be a significant advantage in daytoday collaboration.

SALARY & BENEFITS/ RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The salary for this role is 50 - 55000 SEK per month depending on experience. The employer offers strong secondary benefits and a supportive international working environment.
