TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a NonFinancial Risk Specialist you will contribute to developing and maintaining the organisations operational risk framework. You will act as part of the first line of defence (LOD1) supporting business functions in implementing policies understanding risks and ensuring that the company operates in line with both local regulations and global standards.

The salary for this role is 50 - 55000 SEK per month depending on experience. The employer offers strong secondary benefits and a supportive international working environment.

- Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and group-level policies.
- Lead and facilitate risk assessments to identify evaluate and mitigate nonfinancial risks.
- Prepare and communicate risk findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strengthen risk awareness within the organisation by developing and delivering training sessions.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for selected nonfinancial risk domains.

You bring:
- A bachelors degree in business economics finance or similar.
- Around 34 years of experience in risk management or an adjacent field.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies internal controls and nonfinancial risk frameworks.
- Familiarity with DARA (Design and Risk Assessment / Data Analysis & Risk Assessment) or similar risk evaluation tools is a significant advantage.
- Experience from financial services leasing banking insurance or consulting is advantageous.
- The ability to communicate clearly with different audiences and stakeholders.
