Job Description Summary
The Customer / Product Services Rep will serve as a primary contact and interface for external and internal customers in need of after-sales product servicing. Provide servicing quotes to allow return of customer materials for service. Investigate and resolve any customer return concerns or authorization discrepancies. Interface with third party suppliers to facilitate servicing of purchased components.
Job Description
As the Customer / Product Services Rep you will: Interface with international & domestic customers (answer phone calls e-mail faxes) to facilitate product servicing;
Manage Shared inbox voicemails electronic folders;
Process and administer customer service orders by providing quotes / status and initiating / issuing RMAs for product conversions upgrades and after-sales service requirements;
Contact customers for Purchase Orders
Investigate / resolve customer concerns /questions related to authorization discrepancies servicing and/or deliveries;
Verify information by assuring completeness and accuracy of customer orders and service contracts;
Work closely with sales team and Mfg. to understand and meet all customer needs;
Administer 3rd Party Servicing by interfacing with OEM suppliers to facilitate service of purchased equipment / components;
Process customer feedback to assure customer needs and comments are channeled to appropriate internal parties for review and action as required;
Process and administer responsibilities for Product Svcs Receiving and Shipping Process when needed;
Other projects as assigned to support company and business initiatives.
Candidate qualification requirements
- Industrial Engineer with at least 1 year of experience
- Excel
- Advance English
