As our Patrimonial Security Coordinator you will be the strategic pillar for our Global Security strategy at the Colgate-Palmolive manufacturing plant in Mexico. This is a high-impact operational role where you will lead risk management and crisis response for our facilities warehouses personnel and cargo. Your mission is to ensure operational continuity by protecting our assets and supply chain from end to end in one of the worlds leading consumer goods companies.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Loss Prevention: Lead the Cargo Security program designing security protocols for imports exports and nationwide distribution. You will oversee escort services for critical routes and implement corrective actions to reduce theft and loss.
Facility & Physical Security: Supervise daily operations at Distribution Centers (DCs) including access control CCTV and alarm systems. You will manage the maintenance and upgrading of security infrastructure while ensuring all operational documentation is compliant.
Risk Audit & Compliance: Lead the implementation and auditing of C-TPAT and OEA certifications. You will conduct formal Risk Assessments and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate threats such as sabotage theft and vandalism.
Crisis Management & Business Continuity: Support the Security Manager in facility protection and brand safety. You will actively design and update the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and crisis management protocols to ensure resilience against social or natural disruptions.
Strategic Intelligence & Relations: Monitor OSINT and regional sociopolitical trends to anticipate risks. You will serve as the liaison with legal teams local authorities and international organizations like OSAC.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Industrial Engineering Business or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Security or Intelligence within the Manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience as a People Manager with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Solid background in Supply Chain Security and logistics risk management.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Professional certifications related to Supply Chain Security (e.g. TAPA CPP).
Experience conducting sensitive internal investigations within a corporate environment.
Strong ability to resolve problems in real-time manage emergencies and coordinate rapid response plans.
Experience working in multinational corporate environments with a deep understanding of business risk analysis.
