How Youll Make an Impact
Trusting Social is actively looking for a dedicated C&B Specialist to join our team reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of core operations including payroll processing benefits administration HR systems management and strict compliance with labor regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly numerical logical detail-oriented and possesses a strong service mindset paired with a relentless eagerness to learn. We seek an ambitious individual who proactively explores new methodsespecially AI and technology applicationsto modernize workflows and elevate efficiency. What Youll Do
- Payroll Operations & Reporting
- Compulsory Insurance (SHUI) Management
- Labor Contracts & Administration
- Continuous Learning & Innovation
Proactively enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops seminars and training courses.
Actively research self-study and apply new skills and technologies (AI tools Excel automation etc.) to streamline daily tasks reduce manual workload and improve data processing speed.
What Were Looking For
- Background: Bachelors Degree in HR Law Accounting Economics or related fields.
- 2-5 years of hands-on C&B experience. A background in Fintech or a fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong logical thinking implementation and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
- Mindset: Smart independent and patient. Must possess deep curiosity and a relentless willingness to learnespecially in applying AI and new technologies to modernize work methods.
