How youll contribute

Provide coverage for reception duties.

Process requested image information and reports for patient appointments.

Greets/manages Epic patient check in process.

Files/scans correspondence electronically and film in a manner prescribed by the Radiology Department.

Operates all file room equipment (duplicating equipment - PACS Vidar Scanner PACS Scanner Rimage ICAD Nuance PowerShare AQ Net Barco Monitors).

Other Responsibilities

All other responsibilities as assigned in accordance with qualifications.

What were looking for

Experience

Required: One year clerical experience.

Required: Experience with computers.

Preferred: Hospital experience in clerical setting.

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Clerical course

Skills and Abilities

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Ability to actively and professionally communicate with patients physicians and fellow employees.

Ability to upgrade knowledge on computer applications
