Talent Acquisition Coordinator Maternity Cover

Location: London
Contract: Maternity cover
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 3 days from home 2 days in office.

Were looking for a highly organised detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Sony Interactive Entertainment the home of PlayStation. Based in London this role is a key part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring across PlayStation Studios.

Youll play a vital role in delivering a seamless high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers in a creative and international environment.

What You Will Do

As the successful candidate we would look to you to:

• Lead end-to-end interview coordination for roles of all levels across global time zones.

• Schedule and manage virtual and in person interviews including logistics and candidate travel as needed.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates delivering a professional experience throughout the interview process.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Maintain and champion data integrity in Greenhouse our candidate ATS.

• Identify and work with the Recruitment Operations Specialist to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

• Support Talent Acquisition projects including internship hiring and process changes.

Who You Are

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Have 13 years experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination Recruiting Coordination HR Coordination or a related role.

• Are highly organised detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Are proactive adaptable and confident working with diverse stakeholders across time zones.

• Have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Have prior experience supporting senior or executive-level interview coordination (preferred but not essential).
