Requirements:
- Exp : 1 to 2Yrs
- Proven experience in telesales in insurance sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Implementing sales strategies.
Cold calling Lead Generation Presentations and Deal closures
Maintaining customer relationships.
Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Strong managerial and sales skills.
Ability to multitask.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
