Lab Technical Engineering Manager – Services & Connectivity

This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership giving you the chance to shape innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

• Manage lab resources equipment and bench configurations
• Create and maintain configuration documentation to ensure full visibility of available setups
• Set up and maintain remote access capabilities for the lab
• Troubleshoot lab equipment computers and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with facilities teams to support lab needs
• Ensure continuous lab operability occasionally improvising solutions when required

• University education majoring in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or related fields.
• Extensive experience in networking area (e.g. IP networking); RF and SATCOM experience is a plus
• Understanding of aircraft wiring connectors and wiring techniques
• Ability to produce technical drawings for lab layouts and wiring diagrams
• Experience working with facilities or infrastructure teams
• A strong collaborative approach with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
