Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of mixology in one of the worlds premier hospitality establishments.
- Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including complex signature cocktails in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness organization and inventory management of the bar area at all times
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills fostering a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere while adhering to the establishments standards of excellence
- Operate point-of-sale systems with precision ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all financial transactions
- Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws maintaining compliance at all times
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and implement proper stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and maintain product quality
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development sessions to enhance mixology skills and stay current with industry trends and techniques
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with the utmost professionalism implementing swift and appropriate resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume upscale establishment
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes beer wine and spirits
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with discerning clientele
- Exceptional multitasking capabilities and advanced time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Professional bartending certification strongly preferred
- Current food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe) required with commitment to maintaining up-to-date credentials
- Thorough understanding and strict adherence to local state and federal liquor laws and regulations
