We are looking for an Onedata Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide data analytics transformation initiatives. This position will be full-time and remote.
What Youll Do
Lead the transition from legacy data warehouses to the OneData unified analytics platform
Collaborate with business units to understand and prioritize data needs translating them into ingestion roadmaps
Maintain and manage a multi-business unit demand pipeline effectively
Partner with CIOs and senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals
Support efforts to promote data literacy and adoption across business units
Facilitate the transition of reporting tools from Tableau to Power BI
Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of analytics solutions across business teams
What Youll Need
Required:
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI Tableau Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
Strong business acumen particularly in supply chain operations engineering and sales domains
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and build effective solutions
Expertise in change management and influencing key stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience in enterprise data strategy and governance
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
