Job Summary
Food Service Handler
Chiledas mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with cognitive and behavior challenges. Chiledas goal is to help students increase their appropriate social behaviors and develop independent living skills through an enriched learning environment and individualized behavior programming. We are now accepting applications for Food Service Handlers.

You will help ensure our students get their lunch in a consistent and timely manner while working with our Administrative Assistant to make sure we are meeting Wisconsin DPI guidelines and the Commons area is ready for the next class period!
Status Info:
This is a Part-Time Monday through Friday position that works from 10:30a-1:30p.
Job Duties Include:
- Set up and clean the kitchen and commons area for lunch service. This includes ensuring food surfaces freezers and microwaves are clean.
- Knowledgeable in DPI meal guidelines including ensuring acceptable replacement food items.
- Ensure DPI daily logs and other required paperwork is completed. This would include but is not limited to checking food temperatures checking cooler temperatures and counting the number of lunches served and totaling on paperwork.
- Interact in a respectful and positive manner with students and staff.
Education Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
