Position Summary

The Utility Aide is a key support role responsible for assisting operators and production teams across the department. This position involves material movement tool support and general labor tasks to help maintain efficient production flow.

This is a more labor-intensive hands-on role ideal for candidates with warehouse or general production experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support machine operators by delivering tools materials and supplies
Move stage and organize materials throughout the department
Assist with loading unloading and transporting materials
Maintain clean work areas equipment and production spaces
Support 6S / continuous improvement initiatives
Learn basic department operations and assist as needed
Follow tech cards and work instructions when required
Complete basic documentation and logs
Work closely with production teams to support workflow

Required Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor-intensive work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

Warehouse material handling or general labor experience
Experience working in manufacturing environments
Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)

Compliance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
Must pass drug test and background check
