Shift: Monday Thursday 2:45 PM 12:45 AM (4/10 Schedule)
Pay Rate: $22.78 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking Machine Operators to support wax injection molding operations in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating molding machines to produce wax components ensuring quality and maintaining production efficiency.

Operators will follow detailed tech cards (work instructions) and work with various tools and equipment to produce precision wax patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Operate wax injection molding machines according to process instructions
Set up and prepare tooling dies and inserts for production
Follow tech cards work instructions and process parameters
Inspect trim and clean wax parts to meet quality standards
Monitor machine performance and maintain proper operation
Complete production logs and documentation
Use tools such as torches air tools cutters and hand tools
Operate equipment such as hoists and forklifts as needed
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety procedures and report any issues

Required Qualifications

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Experience

Machine operation or molding experience
Experience with assembly small parts or precision manufacturing
Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment

Compliance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
Must pass drug test and background check
