Job Summary
Join a highperforming internal recruitment team of exagency recruiters.
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with strong Executive Search exposure (retained preferred) to lead search mandates across Commercial Brokerage Property Valuation and other key revenuegenerating roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a Principal Consultant or Senior 360 Recruiter ready to move into an internal environment with real impact.

About the role
You will deliver search and recruitment strategies across commercial roles that directly influence business growth. Youll partner with senior leadership influence hiring decisions and manage tailored search campaigns across competitive markets.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
Experience in Property Professional Services or Sales & Marketing recruitment (ideal but not essential)
Track record in Executive Search or highlevel 360 recruitment.
Hustle Highly responsive and outcomedriven.
Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver results.
Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
