Job Summary
As a (Senior) Program Manager with Amazon you will have the opportunity to develop the business requirements and influence the success of different this role you will own operational programs related to our under the roof operations vendors and third-party partners and work to resolve operational issues. As a program manager you will work cross-functionally to drive customer centric programs. This role requires a deep need for stakeholder management an ability to synthesize data and information and communication across internal and external partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Design comprehensive program strategies that drive operational improvements and support business objectives
- Coordinate complex projects across multiple teams ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities track performance and implement continuous improvements
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate potential challenges in program execution
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership presenting clear insights and recommendations

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving. Youll dive deep into program development working closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that improve our operational performance in our grocery banners.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- 5 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
