Wells Fargo is seeking an accomplished and forwardthinking Human Resources Leader to oversee the HR team supporting our Enterprise Functions & Technology organizations. This executive will provide strategic partnership to the Operating Committee Members for Technology Finance Strategy Risk Legal Audit Public Affairs; leading the HR strategy and delivery for approximately 60000 employees. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) this leader will oversee a high-performing team of HR Executives and Business Partners.
In this role the leader will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior business leaders shaping and executing human capital strategies that accelerate business performance elevate leadership capability strengthen organizational culture and engagement and proactively mitigate risk. The remit spans the full spectrum of Human Resources with responsibility for employee relations talent acquisition leadership and talent development coaching organizational effectiveness compensation employee engagement and manager capability.
Human Resources as a critical control function and part of a broader management team would champion change and transformation across the firm develop and mentor talent including HR professionals and drive enterprise-minded outcomes along with proper mitigation of employment risks.
