As an Office Support Volunteer youll be right at the heart of the action working alongside our fundraising team to keep our campaigns and events running smoothly. You might be counting donations preparing mailings updating records or helping with daytoday admin that keeps everything moving.
Let us take you behind the scenes of our Marie Curie Fundraising Team.
Our Office Volunteers get to see firsthand how every event and campaign comes together - from coordinating collection sites and prepping materials to tracking donations and celebrating the totals that make such a difference. If you enjoy variety teamwork and knowing that your support keeps everything running smoothly we would love you to join the team.
Availability:2 hours twice weekly (4 hours in total per week)
Time:Flexible between 9am-5 pm Mondays - Thursdays
Location: Marie Curie Fundraising Office Unit 29G Gortrush Industrial Estate Omagh BT79 7SN
Criteria:Minimum 18 years of age. Previous administration skills desired
What you will do:
Prepping materials writing letters keeping records
Process and record donations received
Support with venue booking scheduling and events

Comfortable talking to people from all walks of life
Like tidy files and clear plans
- Enjoy working solo but love being part of a mission
- Have good IT skills and enjoy learning as you go
