If youre looking for a welcoming place to give a little of your time each week and make a big difference while youre at it wed love to have you as a Volunteer here in our office.
Our local fundraising office is a busy cheerful hub where all sorts of wonderful things happen to help support our nurses our hospices and the people we care for. As a volunteer youll be right at the heart of it all helping us keep things organised and our fundraising efforts running smoothly.
A quick look at what youll be doing
Every day in the office is different. You might be preparing materials for a fundraiser recording donations popping letters in the post or helping the team get ready for an event. If you enjoy variety and like feeling part of something meaningful this is a lovely opportunity.
Youll also get a real behind the scenes look at how our events come together from organising collection spots to celebrating the totals that help us provide care across the local community in Omagh Its a great way to see the impact of your time firsthand.
Time & Place
- Just 2 hours twice a week (4 hours total)
- Anytime between 9am5pm Monday to Thursday
- Where: Unit 29G Gortrush Industrial Estate Omagh BT79 7SN
- Age: 18
- A bit of admin experience is essential
What youll be helping with
- Preparing materials writing letters and keeping simple records
- Processing and logging donations
- Lending a hand with venue bookings scheduling and event prep

- Feel comfortable chatting to various people who recently are bereaved family members
- Enjoy keeping things organised and tidy
- Dont mind working independently but enjoy being part of a bigger picture
- Have basic IT skills or enjoy learning as you go
