How will you make an impact
The Manager of the Lab Application Scientist Team (Lexington) will have responsibility for delivering outstanding pre-sales support to our North America customer base through active leadership of all product demonstration activities for the product lines and markets supported by the Lexington Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry product demonstration laboratory. The individual will act as an integral part of the Application Support Management Team to optimize best use of resources and knowledge. The successful candidate will build a diverse team of specialists and empower them to address customer problems creatively. The ability to connect successfully with a wide variety of groups both across Thermo Fisher Scientific (sales vertical marketing product support etc.) and within the larger team of sales support managers is key to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103100.00$154700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
