We are seeking a Construction Project Assistant to join our team in our Aurora CO office (1859 Jasper St 80015). In this role you will be assisting the Engineering Manager and team who oversee multiple projects across the state. This role manages network construction projects from initial design and permitting through development budgeting and billing ensuring accurate path planning and asset integration. The position combines field-based site walkouts with office-based project management and requires strong knowledge of aerial and underground networks effective communication and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Role
- Project walkout design planning and permitting
- Project ownership and customer communication throughout project
- Manage overall path planning review including site pictures node integration and area resources including buildings ground and aerial assets
- Management and understanding of project billing cycle
- Drive projects through systems for final development and budgeting
- Manage multiple stages of projects keeping systems and records updated
- Network and asset knowledge and planning to include Aerial and Underground assets and network inventory knowledge
- Site meets initial walkouts in the field and remaining project manage from office (/- 50% in field)
- Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
- Requirements
- Prior knowledge or experience with aerial and underground construction network operations and associated inventory for both RF and Fiber
- Ability to read and understand maps drawings and diagrams for project build process
- Excellent customer service time management problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and understand maps drawings and diagrams for project build process

- Ability to learn and utilize software systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to travel locally to various project sites; open to a variety of schedules; nights and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
- Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sites
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving

- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
