Position
Interactive Brokers is experiencing rapid growth which has led us to search for a FacilitiesCoordinator to assist with our Budapest Office. As the Facilitiescoordinatoryou will ensure that the facility is fully operational by collaborating withthe Office Facilities Managerand the administrative team. You will be a key component in the operational success of our office addition to working internally the FacilityCoordinatorwill create foster and maintain relationships with our vendors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all utilities functioning properly.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Office desks boardrooms pantry appliances lighting fixtures restrooms maintenance.
- Printers scanners maintenance. Coordinate with network team for configuration.
- Assist with physical access security tags for new hires/terminations & visitors.
- Moves Adds Changes to employee workstations. Basic connect/disconnect of IT equipment.
- Inventory Management.
- Maintain space management.
- Support and promote the safety and well-being of the office and its staff.
- Coordination with building management.
Qualifications Skills & Attributes
Minimum qualifications:
- Office Facilities professional level experience.
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions (desirable: experience with a FinTech Co in similar role).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Welfare requirements and other environmental regulations (Health & Safety Certificate preferable).
- Knowledge of general maintenance methods operating requirements and safety precautions related to facilities management.
- Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate with senior level staff.
- Must be able to lift at least 10 kg.
