OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead DataAnalytics (Digital) DataScienceandArtificial Intelligenceas a unified strategic capability. This role sits at the intersection of business insight advanced analytics and applied AI. You will shape how data and intelligence drive decisions experiences and operational excellence across the companyespecially inmarketing and digital and customer engagement.
This leader is both a strategist and a builder: setting vision developing talent and ensuring measurable impact while staying close enough to the work to guide technical direction and architectural choices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set the vision and roadmapfor Data Science AI and Digital Analytics aligned to business priorities and growth strategy.
- Lead and scale high-performing teamsacross data science applied AI/ML experimentation and digital analytics.
- Drive advanced analytics and AI use casesincluding personalization forecasting optimization experimentation generative AI and decision intelligence.
- Own digital analytics strategyensuringaccurate trusted measurement across web mobile and emerging digital experiences and translating signals into action.
- Bridge insight to executionby partnering closely with product marketing engineering operations and executive leadership.
- Evaluate and govern AI platforms and tooling balancing build vs. buy decisions cost scalability and long-term flexibility.
- Establish responsible AI and data practices including model governance experimentation standards and measurement of business impact.
- Tell compelling data storiesturning complex analyses and models into clear narratives that drive confident decisions at the executive level.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A seasoned leader withdeep experience in data science and applied AI and a strong grasp of modern analytics ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating atmultiple altitudesfrom board-level strategy to hands-on technical guidance.
- Experienced inproduct and digital analytics experimentation frameworks attribution and customer behavior analysis.
- Fluent inML concepts and architectures(predictive models NLP recommendation systems generative AI) and how they createreal businessvalue.
- Adept atbuilding teams culture and operating modelsthat scale across functions and geographies.
- Pragmatic impact-driven and allergic to vanity metrics.
- 12 years in analytics data science or AI with significant leadership experience.
- Strong foundationinstatistics machine learning and experimentation.
- Experience inretail e-commerce consumer products or digital platforms.
- Experience withcloud data and AI platforms(AWS GCP Azure) and modern analytics stacks.
- Proventrack recordofdriving measurable outcomesthrough data and AI initiatives.
- Exposure togenerative AI at scaleand AI-enabled product development.
- Prior ownership ofcompany-wide analytics standards or AI governance.
The base salary range for this position is $250000-$320000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. As such on occasion and when applicable there is the possibility that the final agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the companys total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses long term incentives a PTO policy and many other progressive benefits.
